Last week many of you may have seen me working with Spirit and Charlie, some of what I did was work on their lateral flexion. Here is a great video about teaching lateral flexion, BUT with only a single strand of hair instead of the rope!
This trainer is from where I lived in California and he is a great natural horsemanship instructor and I have learned a lot from his videos.

Really wonderful video on lateral flexion. It's a fact that lateral flexion is important early on in a horse and rider's training. With out this training, horsemanship is not complete.
